Dark Rite looks like a gorgeous blue! The color payoff seems amazing too 😀

Valparaiso lipstick looks gorgeous, just as I have expected it to be looking at it in the tube.

The blush and the shadow pencil look great too! But the eyeshadows are all quite disappointing to me.

Paramaribo is right up my alley. =) I would definitely be checking out the duo eyeshadow.

Aah, love Lhasa! It’s one of those colors I think is beautiful on its own but would probably just make me look like the undead if I actually wore it. I guess there’s no way to know but to trek down to Sephora 🙂

Ooh, I can’t wait to get my mitts on that Gaiety blush! The Douce France shadows are cool, but I’m pretty sure I’d just look like a sick bunny rabbit in them…

Ahhh Paramaribo and Lhasa look delicious! I’m sure I can pull Paramaribo off, but I wonder if Lhasa might be a bit too cool for my warm undertone. Thanks for the swatches Karen! Can’t wait to see some of these on you!

That lavender gray color is gorgeous. In fact, I may or may not be wearing a very similar shade right now…

Oh, you are totally going to rock that shadow pencil in Dark Rite! I don’t see anything that I’m in love with, for me. But it does look like a nice collection and it certainly has a springtime feel. 🙂

I have been obsessed with bright pink/candy-pink blushes lately. I love Desire, but damn I think I need to finish paying my tuition and books first before thinking about getting Gaiety!

    Is Gaiety similar to Desire?

That blush is so tantalizing, I’d love to see it compared to Desire because I’m assuming Gaiety is cooler than Desire.

I am loving the look of Lhasa. It seems like a lovely sheen for those days when MUFE Aqua Cream @ is too frosty

It’s really strange to me that these colors are in the Spring collection – unless this years’ trend is dark (fall) colors for Spring. Not loving this NARS collection – a shame because it really is a great brand! 🙂

I really like the single eyeshadow, it’s gorgeous. Is there a dupe for it? if not I may just have to get this one.

    Hi Karen,

I am from France and I really love NARS, this new spring collection is really gorgeous, ” Douce France ” – of course lol – means a lot too me and it looks very pretty, I also love the blush and the nail polish. My beauty plan is around 700 € this spring, which is very very much indeed, but all collections are great this spring, it’s the first time I have seen so many beautiful spring collections, 2012 is ” grand cru ” exactly like some fine and famous wines here !
    All the best,

    Dominique
