Usually MUFE Mat Velvet + in shade 40 is perfect for me, but since my whole body, excluding my face, has gotten super tanned over reading break (reading break is like spring break for Canadians), I’ve been mixing the Mat Velvet + 40 with Rimmel’s Lasting Finish 25Hr. Foundation Tube in shade 400 Natural Beige!!
This creates the perfect shade so that my face matches my tanned body + gives even better coverage than just the MUFE alone!!
I used to wash my hair every other day, but now I have to wash it every day. It’s getting too long (for me, shoulder length), so it’s been frizzy, limp, and unmanageable. In two weeks, I’m getting my hair cut, since that’s my spring break. At that point, my hair will be jaw-length and more manageable. (Though the upcoming rain and humidity will make my hair explode into frizziness anyway.)

I love urban decays deslick spray! i spray it on right after my primer and when my whole face of make up is done. I didnt realize how much it did until i ran out and didnt have any for about 2 weeks. It does wonders for my oily skin!

Since I began highlighting my hair last year I have only been washing about every other day. Recently I was sent a sulfate free shampoo/conditioner set to try and after the first use my hair feels so soft and moisturized that I may have to try it again tomorrow!

I’ve been thinking lately that I would really like to start playing around with bright color on my lips–I’ve always been a “emphasize my eyes” kinda girl and have always left my lips either bare (with Aquaphor applied, of course) or used a tinted balm (like Fresh Sugar Honey Tinted Lip Treatment). I absolutely LOVE the bright lip trend for spring and am thinking that my first foray into brighter colors will be a YSL Rouge Pur Couture Glossy Stain in Coril Fauve!

I wash my hair every couple of days – whenever I feel the need! My hair is curly, so it’s a pain to straighten it, and the curls look better if I don’t wash every day.

I wash my hair once to twice a week. And I refuse to let anyone try to shame me for that anymore, because
a) My hair is super thick and coarse and hard to wash in an efficient and timely manner.
b) Due to said thickness and coarseness my hair dries sooo slooowly. I washed my hair this morning at 9 am, I left it loose all day (no bun or ponytail), and it’s STILL a little damp at 6pm. If I washed my hair everyday it would never be fully dry again.
c) I have a super dry scalp that takes forever to make enough oil to make my hair look grimy, and which turns flaky, gross, over-dried, and angry if I wash too frequently.
d) I don’t use any product in my hair, so I don’t have to wash product out of my hair.
I’ve been using Wen for a month now…so far so good! It smells amazing to boot!

I don’t know that I want to get into how rarely I wash my hair – it’s slightly shocking. Let’s just say I hate having to brush it out, and I therefore wear a lot of hats.
I’m happy right now bc I just heard from the vets that my chubby, shiny tabby that looks just like Tabs (but with a slightly dozier expression) is probably going to be okay and come home – I’m SO relieved!!! !

My favorite lip product has to be Chapstick in Strawberry or Cherry. I have tried so many lip balms – cheap to expensive – and Chapstick is the only one that keeps my lips moisturized. I like the Strawberry/Cherry flavors bc they leave a slight red tint on my not-very-pigmented lips.

I use no lip products (gasp!). I wash my hair every other day or every three days if I’m lazy (shhh, our little secret). Right now I’m watching “The Lady Vanishes”, a great movie for 75 years. I live in the Northern Hemisphere. And my favorite school subjects were econ, math (my majors), art history, and political theory.
I have two favorite lip products at the moment – Revlon lip butters and Chanel glossimers. I love the lip butters because they are pigmented without being too scary, and I love glossimers because they moisturize my lips way better than any balm I’ve ever tried.
My absolute Favourite lip product would have to be the Korres mango butter lipstick in the shade natural purple 25. It truly is a moisturizing and hydrating listick that leaves your lips with a beautiful sheer and glossy tint!

I know I’m weird but I wash my hair almost every day. I just feel to sticky if I don’t- especially if I work out that day!
favorite lip product is probably Jack Black’s lip balm and Guerlain Rouge Automatique lipstick! i don’t tend to shower (or wash my hair) everyday, just about every other day or so
My favorite lip products are Chanel glossimers, Dior lipsticks, and, awesomely enough, CO Bigelow Lemon lip balm!
