The reef triggerfish, or humuhumunukunukuāpuaÊ»a, is Hawaii’s state fish.

What a cutie, isn’t it?

You were swimming FAST, Karen! The fish is cute too. Chubby cheeks!

They’re adorable! They’re very quick, too. I’m not really swimming fast. It does look that way, though, doesn’t it?

Hope you’re having a nice weekend so far, Sunny. 🙂

    Hi Karen!
I’m planning on getting an underwater camera, and I’m wondering which one are you using (since it looks so clear!)? Thank you!

Hi, Angie. The one I have now and used here is the Canon D10, but it doesn’t take HD video (just so you know). Only standard definition video. I like it, but I had a Panasonic that I used last year that I think was maybe even better. It had great image stabilization, which is handy because underwater shots are moving around a lot of the time, and took HD video. The D10 takes great still/regular pictures though, and it’s very easy to use.

Where are you planning to go for your trip?
