This reminds me of one of the kitties I had when I was younger, Hopi. I somehow came into possession of an owl statue that was about 1 foot high, and had it on the floor of my apartment for a couple of days. Hopi came into the room, puffed up to twice his size, growled, ran over to the owl, smacked it, then ran out of the room. What drama! This continued on and off until I put the owl up high on shelf.

Oh, poor Marmalade. So passive. Hopefully this terrible bullying will end. 😉 On a serious note, maybe Tabs will end up liking Marmalade (once he’s in tatters).
So cute! There are two real marmalade kitties who live in my parents’ yard (MaramaLarge and MarmaLittle), who my parents’ cat Houghton is very interested in! My parents leave straw out for them to stay warm and feed them too. I think they might try to make them house kitties someday.

OMG, that last image made me spit out my coffee Karen! I remember having a convo with you about 2 years ago about getting another cat and you said “I’m not sure Tabs would go for it”. I think you have your proof now!
Oh wow, someone is jealous! My cat Belly, aka Tab’s older doppelganger, was extremely jealous of my teddy bear BB. He would go the distance to ignore BB and once, he scratched me because I pet BB a lil’ bit too long to his liking. But eventually, Belly did warm up to BB and I think it was because my scent was all over the teddy bear by then. To think of it, I could have rubbed catnip all over BB but then, Belly would have used him as a chew toy!
Now, Tabs, play nice!
