It’s an apple crisp with vanilla ice cream from Rose’s Cafe in San Francisco. I went there for brunch today. 🙂
Oh, if you go for weekend brunch, order the soft scrambled eggs with spinach and prosciutto. I’m not a big prosciutto fan, so I ended up subbing it for smoked salmon. SO GOOD!

That looks delicious 🙂 I am patiently awaiting Hurricane Sandy’s (aka Frankenstorm) arrival to the East coast…there’s been a lot of hype but this storm has the potential to be a real superstorm. At 800 miles wide, she can multitask and “storm” several states/areas at once…it will definitely be an interesting start to the week, that’s for sure!

I am prepared – I also have to work during the storm, so that will be fun, too! I’m not too worried about it, the most we can do is prepare and ride it out!

Aruuughhh!!! WHY did you have to go and do this to me Karen?!! That looks SO good and I am OBSESSED with breakfast foods and ANYTHING-crips (apple and plum crisps are the best!). Ah I can’t wait to do breakfast tomorrow morning! 😀

Getting ready for Hurricane Sandy here in New Jersey. I went to Whole Foods to stock up and then had to stop at Ulta in the same shopping center to buy make up-now I am ready! Seriously, we hope we don’t lose electricity–but i am concerned!
