Today’s Breakfast

March 3rd, 2013 by Karen 16 Comments

Fruit for breakfast today. Blueberries, pomegranate seeds and pineapple chunks.

The migraine’s gone (finally!) and I’m feeling much better. 🙂 Hope you’re having a lovely Sunday so far.

That looks so good, but pomegranate seeds perplex me. Should I try to chew them completely, or spit them out when I’ve gotten the juice out of the? I don’t know! They do taste good though.

That looks really good. I’m glad your migraine’s gone (I get those when the weather rapidly changes). Take care!

Oh yummie, that looks so delicious. That is a very healthy breakfast. Wouldn’t fill me up, though. I always have a big breakfast.

I’ve had migraines for over 20 years. Glad to hear yours is gone. The fresh fruit breakfast should actually help keep a rebound headache away.

Yummm! I’ve got a cheesy bread on the way from Papa John’s…so not quite as healthy but it’s Sunday! My day to relax, blog, eat naughty food, and catch up on TV! So glad to hear you’re feeling better today!

Happy Sunday Karen! Well it’s Monday here in OZ, but your Bronze Goddess swatches cheered me right up! Will you be swatching the new EL Mad Men collection? The packaging is so pretty! Bronze Goddess AND Mad Men in one week… I’ll be so broke!

I’m in love with blueberries lately. I eat a bowl of them with sliced almonds and a dash of honey 🙂 I’m glad you’re feeling better!

Yum! We both went healthy for breakfast. I made a smoothie with banana, raspberries, coconut water, and a handful of baby spinach (just enough to not have the smoothie taste like spinach).

So healthy! How do you eat pomegranate seeds though? Do you eat the whole thing or spit part of it back out? Perplexing for someone who has only ever had that fruit in the juice form, lol
