Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,

Karen

P.S. House of Cards! Last night I watched up through episode 9, which Jodie Foster directed. What a great episode! I know I’ve already asked, but are you watching House of Cards? Isn’t it great?

I always get a little excited about Clarins’ seasonal releases. I plan on picking up the Tulip gloss, at the very least. Halfway through House of Cards season 2! So good!

I’m excited about tropical pink because I think it might just be neutral under toned enough for me to pull it off!

They all look a bit similar, but they do look lovely! As do you 🙂 As for House of Cards, nope, don’t watch it. Last thing I need is another show to get hooked on, lol.

I love Tropical Pink and Coral Tulip.

Karen, can you tell us what eye makeup and blush you’re wearing here? They go nicely with the lipcolors.

    Gorgeous!

I think I have two polar opposite favourite kinds of lipstick – super opaque bold purple/red lipsticks, and then these sort of glossy sheer, ‘MLBB’, coral-y lipsticks…

These lipsticks look like they have a wonderful, creamy texture, but I just went on a MAC shopping extravaganza, so I’ll have to hold off on buying more makeup for now LOL.

I just finished Season 2 of House of Cards yesterday. I cannot tell you how many times I looked at my husband and asked “Did that really just happen?” while watching Season 2 LOL. It is a great show!

Loving these spring colors! Grass is starting to show here in spots, OMG, even the mud and puddles are a welcome sight after this crazy winter!

They look quite similar in the swatches though lovely on you! Am I the only one who finds the Joli Rouge packaging a bit dull?
