Like Fanta, there’s something fizzy and bubbly and refreshing about POP!, this orange lip gloss from theBalm.

It’s called Read My Lips Lip Gloss in Pop ($15), and it makes lips look like they’ve been painted with a Popsicle, and then coated with a high-shine lacquer.

It’s not too late to try the orange lip trend, my friend. If you’ve been wanting to but haven’t, Pop is a sweet, and not full-on frightening orange, way to try the look.

Pop is moderately pigmented and also has a healthy dose of peach in it as well, so it’s not straight-up orange.

I’d say it’s actually less like orange soda, and more like an effervescent mimosa.

Mmm, mimosas…

Love peachy-orange lipglosses! Is this a sticky lipgloss, Karen?

This is really pretty – I must say, I’m impressed that it doesn’t settle, given that it has a (albeit sheer) milky base to it! 🙂

I am so impressed w/ these glosses. I have moved them up higher on my ever-growing “wish list”. I’ve really liked what I’ve seen so far. Your snazzy and fun reviews help that too! Haha. 🙂

Very nice color, indeed! It complements my olive skin. Ever since I’ve started using it my lips are hydrated and they seem plumper. Its creamy texture makes it easy to apply and it really stays on longer than I expected. It’s fruity flavor is refreshing. Overall experience: amazing! It’s a must have. Definitely my favorite item in my handbag.

I’m crazy about peaches and nothing in the world except “a healthy dose of peach” would have persuaded me to jump on the orange bandwagon, although I’ve always secretly wanted to.
This colour seems to suit me, the price is great, your puns are delicious – no pun intended, but is it long-lasting gloss?

Although I prefer dark lip colors, I must say this lip gloss became one of my favorites. The Balm made me do it, oh yeah.

So, the texture is creamy and once it settles on your lips you don’t even feel it’s there, but trust me it shows. It lasts quite a few hours so re-applying isn’t going to bug you. I totally recommend it, even though it’s a little pricey, the color is amazing, not to mention wearable, the texture is great and it looks fabulous on your lips!

Definitely want to try ‘read my lips’ gloss. Just came back from a seaside trip, and I think it will match perfectly with my tanned skin. I also like the melange between a sense of naturalness and a touch of attractiveness. Let girls do wonders this summer! 😉
