CHANCE: Oh, hey, Tabs. How’s it going?
TABS: Good, good… Just finishing my workout. Hey, did you hear about Dillon?
CHANCE: No. What happened to Dillon?
TABS: He got the new Prada campaign.
CHANCE: NO!
TABS: Seriously.
CHANCE: Fo’ reals??
TABS: Fo’ reals. I just heard it from Tuxie. We were training together. He’s stretching right over there…
TABS: Yo, Tuxie! Chance doesn’t believe that Dillon got the Prada campaign.
TUXIE: I know, right!? I couldn’t believe it either, but my agent told me yesterday at lunch. He said that it was down to Dillon and Tabs, but they went with Dillon because they wanted a fresh face, whatever that means.
CHANCE: Dude… That sucks. I’m sorry, Tabs.
TABS: No, it’s cool. I’m a little surprised, but you can’t win ’em all.
CHANCE: That’s big of you. Most kitty models I know would be talkin’ mad trash.
TABS: Naw, there’s enough work to go around. Long as there are cat ladies, there’ll always be demand for kitty models. It’s a competitive business, but that doesn’t mean we have to claw each other in the back.
CHANCE: So true, brother. On that note, we should probably go prance around the neighborhood now and seduce more cat ladies.
TABS: That’s a great idea. Wait! — I think I see one now…

Fo reals! I was in middle of meltdown then i read your blog and again had me laughing. I often do wonder if animals pick up on our lingo. oooh Tab’s!! You made my morning. I just back from a night shift to only have head to the car body shop to pick up my car which has even more dents than before…..now I have survive on less than 6 hours of sleep and then head to a 12 hr night shift. You certainly put a smile on this Canuck face. I will be heading to bed thinking of a special husky San Fran kitty.
