A wee bit o’ backstory: Nicki Minaj is a rapper. She’s worked with a lot of famous hip hop/RNB artists over the last two years and just recently released her debut album, Pink Friday. Her makeup style’s kinda out there, which I think makes her a good fit for MAC.

i think that it would look horrendous on my complexion, but it’s a cute barbie pink. pink lips and i just really don’t get along *sad*

I love Nicki Minaj so much. She raps really well. She reminds me of the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez, RIP.
I actually really like Nicki! I was listening to Monie Luv defend her on Sirius (I know she gets a lot of flack). Unfortunately, I just doing look good in these kind of pinks, but I might just get it for fun!

can’t say i’m a fan of rap, but i kinda like how different nicki is from other rappers out there. especially female ones (which there aren’t enough of, i think. and this is coming from someone who doesn’t listen to rap :p).
with regards to the lipstick: this is exactly the kind of pink i wish i could rock, but definitely can’t!
LOVE the album. the lipstick isn’t very unique though.
I love Nicki, but I saw swatches of the lipstick and it looks way paler on the lips than in the tube. I guess I’ll have to pass.

Definitely NOT pink enough… this shade is just too bland.
I mean, seriously?! Probably only 4 people in the world could pull that color off! 2 being Gaga and K.Perry… it’s a very pretty shade, but for lipstick? Excuse me, but it takes balls to wear that color, hahaha!
Mine just came in today! I placed the order right away last Friday and I love it! After seeing swatches I was really nervous, but with the right blotting and balm underneath, it’s totally wearable!
I like the lipstick, but I don’t think it would look good on me. I can rock Viva Glam Gaga or Saint Germain, but this one…I just don’t know.
…I forgot to mention that, to be honest, I think it looks bad on Nicki Minaj…

i loved this lipstick on her. it looks NOTHING like this in person!!!! its completely the same lipstick color as SNOB by MAC. hardly a diffrence. definately disappointed 🙁
