How’s it going, girls? Look what I found in the news this morning. Actress Kim Cattrall, 52, pretty emphatically says there’s going to be a Sex and the City: The Movie sequel, yea!
She spilled the beans on Britain’s The Paul O’Grady Show. Her exact words when asked “Will there be a sequel?” — “Yes there will!”
Kim had recently told reporters, “The movie was so much fun to do and be part of again. I hope we’re going to do it again.”
I Netflixed the movie DVD this week and watched it twice in one day. Can’t wait for the next one! I think it’s true that you can be in your 40s and 50s and still be fashionable and interesting. There’s more to life than mom jeans!

as much as i love satc i think its best to leave it at that.
if they really want to keep the satc thign alive, they shud go back to doing the show!
I just hope that they make the sequel for the fans and not for the $$. I own the DVD and have watched it several times already.

I don’t know. I doubt the sequel will be very good. I mean, what would it really be about?
I voted ‘yes’ in the poll, but I’m still not 100% sure that they should. If the next movie can be as good as the first, then they should.
Also… one of the ladies should get back together with… someone that they aren’t together with anymore.
I know that didn’t make sense, but I don’t want to give anything away something from the movie if some ladies haven’t seen it yet.

Yes! I loved the first one but the ending wasn’t as amazing as I had hoped so I hope the 2nd one will be even better.

btw, karen, i picked up the mac cremesheen in “speak louder” and wore it with a green/gold eye and a green sweater dress for a baby shower. it looked great! thanks for the suggestion!
Definitely a sequel is in planning somewhere, just look at the money the first movie generated! I don’t know if I’m gonna watch it though, those characters are trying too hard IMHO. Somewhere on the internetz, somebody mentioned “SATC Cougars” which cracked me up.

What a pretty combo! I have been using it with a neutral lid and thick black cat-eye liner because I haven’t been able to figure out what sorts of colors to pair it with, so I’ll have to try your look. I bet that the green/gold with the pink looked very fresh and youthful!

It just didn’t make me feel… complete? I guess I was just expecting a huge fancy wedding and them living in the penthouse happily ever after.
Speaking of the penthouse, the closet made my jaw drop and it made my own closet look like a tiny little gap in the wall. Lol!

What did you think of Carrie’s wedding dress? I wasn’t crazy about the bust area… there were others in the Vogue shoot that I thought were way prettier.
