I ended up getting the Farmer’s Benedict instead of pancakes; so fickle, I know!

There’s nothing more beautiful to me than fall leaves. I love them even more than flowers and I love their smell too.

It is a miracle on a plate! Basically it’s two English muffins topped with poached eggs, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, avocado and hollandaise sauce (which I always get on the side). It also comes with a side of hash browns. 🙂

It’s my favorite thing to order from that restaurant. I’ve had it at a bunch of other places and they do it best! I think it’s all the butter, LOL!
