A Sunny Day in San Francisco

March 7th, 2014 by Karen 18 Comments

TGIF from Union Square in San Francisco! I’m here on a top secret beauty mission involving newness and MAC (details to follow)… Conveniently, the weather has been cooperating, which is NOT always the case for SF.

It’s sunny!! — so I’ve been walking around, snapping pics and people-watching (one of the world’s truly greatest pastimes).

I really liked the view from the center of the square and this outdoor art show…

Hope things are going well with you. Whatcha up to?

I too enjoyed a lovely day in SF with a friend for lunch in Japantown. Too bad we didn’t venture over to Union Square.

Hi, Caroline! I love Japantown. Where’d you have lunch? The last time I was there about a year ago I went to Belly Good Cafe & Crepes with my little brother… Such a great day.

It was a wonderful day, Deanna! San Francisco weather can be hard to predict sometimes (lots of overcast or foggy days), so sunny days like that are a treat. 🙂

I picked up some excellent MAC news and useful information, which I’ll be prepping and releasing over the next few days. If you like brow advice, liquid liner help or ever plan to visit SF, stay tuned.

I miss Union Square! I’ve stayed a few times at the Sir Francis Drake, if you ever get a chance to go up to the roof it’s an amazing view!

I got a postcard from MAC about some party launch they’re doing near union square, could it be a store on powell?

Wow, nice day! That one picture of the trees that is predominently yellow, green, and taupe looks like it could have been painted by my ex-siser-in-law Ruthie. I have a similar one hanging in my front room but mine is predom. turquiouse. It’s funny to see something that could be hers but probably isn’t.

actually the blue one right before the one of the trees could be hers too. looks like mixed media of paper and paint but it’s tough to tell. THanks for sharing…:-)
