Like Angelika Lip Gloss, it looks like a glitter-fest in the tube, but when you actually get it on your lips, the shimmer’s very subtle.

Belize ($26), a pinkish mauve with flecks o’ gold, is one of 30 glosses in the newly relaunched NARS Lip Gloss line available now.

30 Days of NARS: Angelika Lip Gloss, Day 6

Sheer, cool-toned pink Angelika Lip Gloss is one of the 23 shades NARS carried over from their previous Lip Gloss line into the brand new formulation arriving on counters this week.

I wore the previous version from time to time and always liked the color, but it was never a staple of mine. Maybe if I hadn’t been so obsessed with Sweet Revenge (which is even better now in the new non-plasticky smelling formulation), I would have worn it more.

A little on the cooler side, it’s a perfectly acceptable pink, but not altogether unique.

Pretty, though… You can’t really go wrong with a basic sheer pink.

It kind of look like it would be glittery based on the tube, but it’s less so on the lips. Just a tad, but it’s not a super glitter-fest.

Angelika ($26) and its 29 siblings in the newly reformulated NARS Lip Gloss line are available now at NARS Boutiques and narscosmetics.com, and coming to NARS counters and Sephora stores May 1.

LOL! I’m such a goofball.

Hands down, sheer pink grapefruit Sweet Revenge is one of my all-time favorite NARS nude glosses. I think it looks pretty tasty on its own (miraculously, it shows up on my pigmented lips, huzzah!), or layered on top of something else, like a peach, coral and warm pink gloss.

Actually, this one goes with just about everything.

30 Days of NARS: Supervixen Lip Gloss, Day 4

So happy NARS decided to keep Supervixen in the new gloss line! I’ve been wearing this sheer sparkling mauve for years.

I would’ve pitched a minor fit (OK, major) if it’d been discontinued. It’s one of those great glosses for when you want to shimmer — just a little. Nothing too discotheque or over the top.

She’s an easy lover/She’ll get a hold on you/Believe it!

I’m not ashamed to say that Easy Lover (an ’80s classic jam by Phil Collins and Philip Bailey) is one my karaoke jams. I’ve mangled that song many, many times on stage, LOL!

Soooo whenever I wear Easy Lover, a sheer hot pink Lip Gloss by NARS ($26), I have to sing a little bit of the song, of course.

NARS Greek Holiday lip swatch — Biiiig kiss!

Say hi to Greek Holiday (“Hi, Greek Holiday!”), a sparkling pinkish peachy gold, and one of the 30 recently reformulated NARS Lip Glosses ($26 each) coming soon (April 15 to NARS Boutiques and narscosmetics.com, and NARS counters and Sephora stores May 1).

I like it 1) because it’s sparkly (duh) and 2) because it’s isn’t gritty. 🙂

SUPER PRETTY, especially when worn all by itself in casual looks, where the sparkle keeps things interesting, ya know? I think it also looks fab on top of nude pink and peach lipsticks.

I started watching it this week. I’m only on episode three, but so far, wow. Pretty good! And great acting. I’m really impressed by all of the accents.

Uh…how many characters does Tatiana Maslany get to play anyway? That must be a dream job for an actor.
