Super cute! I’m totally feeling the festive black and gold cases in the new Bobbi Brown Holiday 2010 collection. Isn’t the crest design divine?

The 11-piece limited edition collection just launched this month. Enjoy the pictures and swatches of four of the kits below, and let me know if there’s anything here you can/can’t live without. 🙂

I wonder what the cool toned Day to Night colors look like. I know what I’m finding on Saturday 🙂

I really like the Modern Classic Lip and Eye Palette. The Crystal Eye palette is pretty gorge too.
The Sparkle Glamour quad is pretty, but I can wait until it shows up at Cosmetics Company

I’m kinda eh on the Day to Night Warm eye palette simply cause I bought the Urban Decay Naked palette AND I have the Too Faced Naked Eye palette. Really I’m kinda covered for the next century as far as these type of colors are concerned.

Ehhh I feel like BB is a wee bit overpriced, and other lines excite me more.

I love the Crystal eye palette, the colors are just gorgeous! The lip products aren’t really wowing me, but they’re nice. Can’t wait for the full review 🙂

Her stuff seems mildly overpriced, no? Similar brands have holiday palettes where you either get considerably more product for the price or the price is considerably less. Pretty though…although the packaging is a turn-off for me (boring & old-ladyish, imo).

The Crystal Eyes palette looks really good. Had to giggle at the name of the last eyeshadow though (it’s all Katy Perry’s fault… tss)

    karen,

i’m curious, what does NC35 mean when you refer to your skin color? is it some sort of scale? i’ve always wondered and thought maybe you could help a sister out!

Hi Paige, it referrs to the MAC skin colours (NC ist for cool skin, NW for warm skin) and the number for how bright/dark you are. I am a fair, yellow undertoned NC20.
So if you have swatches, this shall remind you that it might look different on you if you have a different skin colour.
Karens pics are very well photographed and I consider them really reliable. I just know the stuff will be more coloured on me then.

I like the Crystal Eye palette esp the Peacock shade. But not sure whether to get it or not. I still have some Holiday collection items from last year, not only BB brand, in mint condition.

Wonder if they have Peacock as a single???

I love the peacock colour! But like some others I think that BB can be a bit pricey. However, I loved her rich creme cleanser that was discontinued. I’m trying to decide whether to be brand-loyal and try the (sort-of) replacement or try a different brand. I think the stuff is expensive because she uses alot of natural products, rather than chemicals, and doesn’t test on animals.

I could buy everything from this release! I’ve never owned anything BB before. I grew up in Canada and its impossible to find her stuff anywhere! Luckily I live in the states now. The eyeshadows look so velvety!

    Want.

Thank you for the swatches! I was dying over the Crystal Eye Palette, but now that I’ve seen how the colors look, they’re nice but I already have similar shades. Every time I see a teal/aqua/peacock shade I drool, but then think ‘do I already have a color like that? how close?’

Just ordered the Day to Night warm palette. I saw it at Macy’s, and I would have gotten it then, but they were sold out. $45 is an extremely reasonable price considering the packaging and the exquisite double ended brush that it comes with. I am so excited to get it in the mail! Anyway, have you done a look with this yet? I would love to see one 🙂
