I used to think makeup lovers adored the cat eye and bold lip combo because it’s a classic, but now I’m starting to think the reason why people love it so much because it’s 1) easy and 2) packs a major punch. That’s the main reason why I’ve been wearing it so much lately, LOL!
Today’s bold lip is with a beautiful matte liquid lippie by Chanel, Rouge Allure in Luxuriant! It’s a bright matte red with a fuchsia undertone. I like how lightweight it feels and how it doesn’t suck the moisture out of my pout. Oh yeah, I also think it looks absolutely beautiful!
BTW the liner is my go-to liquid liner, Clinique Pretty Easy Pen in Black. If you’ve ever felt like cat eye liner is just too hard, give this pen a try. It has a flexible tip, the ink flows out steadily and is smudge-proof. I always have one in my makeup bag.
Have a very happy Tuesday!

This is a beautiful, classic look on you! 🙂 I haven’t had too much coffee, but I’m sure my lines would be far less crisp than yours!
Karen says
I think you can do crisp lines. I believe in you, friend!

Okay, putting the pen on my list for the upcoming sale at the Mothership.
Also, we’re coming down to the wire here, what’s the coywolf going to be for Halloween?
Karen says
She’s going to be Wonder Woman!
JENNIFER R OSBORN says
Yes! Love it!
I think I may have been Wonder Woman once but I can’t remember. The TV show was huge in the 70’s, which were a good chunk of my trick or treating years.
Karen says
I remember being obsessed with her in the ’80s! I loved her lasso!
Chelsea says
The best liquid liner! It doesn’t stand up to my sweaty self in summer but I can switch back now! (I use Stila Micro Tip liner in the sweaty season)
And yes, it’s such an easy look that looks like you put in effort.

Hmmm, how interesting! The other day I was just looking around and finally found a picture of the ingredients of this product (they aren’t on the website anywhere). And it’s beeswax free! So, I can try it! How funny that the shade I’m most intrigued in is the one in this post. You must have been sending me vibes ha ha!
