These Kate Spade Supercalifragilipsticks have been brightening KS counters for a while now, but every time I walk into the store to browse around, I get distracted by the shoes (I know)…
Yesterday, though, when I stopped by the store, a friendly sales associate broke me out of my shoe reverie/pattern when she mentioned an ongoing 20% off promotion on any one full-priced Kate Spade product (in store only) — actually all KS stores, according to the sales associate.

I swatched the four shades the Marin County store had on hand…on my hand, LOL! Nice, cheerful colors, and I like the creamy formula and shiny finish, but they didn’t really captivate me, I guess, so I ended up passing this time.
I’m still thinking about heading back down to the store again today to take advantage of the sale…

I bought Pop Art Pink about a year ago and I like it a lot. I never bought more of the lipsticks because until recently there was no Kate Spade near me and Chanel, YSL and Dior always manage to sneak up on me when I want a higher-end lipstick. He he.

These look nice. I love creamy, glossy lip colors, they are always more forgiving on the lips as compared to matte/satin finishes!
True. And they’re usually more moisturizing, too.
Myeah, the swatches don’t really sway me either.

I think Bashful Blush looks pretty, but I really like the display. Supercalifragilipstick? Awesome. The gold script? Double awesome. 🙂

My weekend was good. I spent a lot of time watching movies ’cause NetFlix has been off the hook lately. I watched Clueless, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, The Switch… so many good things!

Not much, just finished dinner with 2 of my friends. We had sushi – mmmmm, seaweed salad! For some reason that always makes me feel like I’m some sort of super healthy individual, lol! I’m going to try to get caught up on Homeland tonight and relax AKA get off the computer! Have you ever watched Homeland? It’s LOCO-groovy!
I feel the same way about sushi. Funny, though, because I always end up ordering the rolls that are hella fried, haha!

I’m only only episode 4 of season 1 but I’m hooked! I’m planning to have a marathon viewing sesh this weekend! After that, I think I’m going to start Downton Abbey. Have you ever watched that? I keep hearing how awesome it is but I’ve never seen an episode yet! Gotta start from the beginning!

This totally sounds like something I would love. I adore everything Kate Spade and lipstick is my favorite way to waste money. I’m not at all tempted though. Hmmm I guess it’s better for my wallet this way.
