    TWO dollars? That’s crazy. And I thought the European prices for ELF were ridiculously low 🙂

    Hi,

    They are quite pretty shades. I love the idea of vibrant eye shadows but due to my ultra sensitive skin I have to be very careful with such things. Do you have any tips on how to apply eye shadows in egenral which I can use with any other brand cosmetics as I use Very Me eye shadows by Oriflame?
