Does She Have It? She Most Certainly Does When She’s Wearing It Cosmetics Hello Light Anti Aging Radiance Illuminating Powder

So I picked up Hello Light Anti Aging Radiance Illuminating Powder by It Cosmetics ($24) at Ulta on a whim a few months ago, set it on a shelf here at home, and then promptly forgot about it.

Whoops!

I re-found it last weekend while cleaning my office (no, I didn’t finish the job; I’ll never finish).

Better late than never, I suppose.

I wish I hadn’t forgotten about it, though, because I’ve been missing out this whole time. It’s really kind of awesome. A subtle peachy beige highlighting powder — even subtler than the Hourglass Ambients — it adds a soft, non-frosty, hazy highlight that looks like natural skin, only dewier. I apply it on my upper cheekbones, down the bridge of my nose, in the middle of my forehead, on my chin and on my Cupid’s bow.

P.S. How was your Monday, boo? Sorry I’ve been kind of incommunicado today, but I just started a new project that I’m really excited about, and I’m still early in the process, so I don’t want to jinx anything by talking about it yet. Gotta get past the initial doubts and get a little further along, ya know?

In other news, Being Mary Jane. Have you seen it? Thoughts?

I marathon’d the first season on Netflix last week and got sucked right in.

Ohhh, I’ve never tried It Cosmetics! I live in a pretty rural town, and our first ever Ulta just opened 2 weeks ago, so I’ve been slowly accumulating products. Now I’ll have to go find some of this 🙂

I don’t think I’d have it if I wore this. Unless ‘it’ means megaginormous pores 🙁 It’s pretty though, definitely. Just not for me.

Very nice! I like the little tutorial pic on the back of the package, too. 🙂

I haven’t seen Being Mary Jane but I’ve been Netflixing up a storm. I’m watching Twin Peaks (about 25 years late to the party, I know). Shockingly, I knew nothing about the plot before I started watching so it’s all new to me. I’m glad EW made me think to watch. 🙂

Nice glow! I’ll have to check this out but I usually prefer golden tones, pinkish not so much. But I do like peachy highlighters, haven’t brought ant It products yet. Just finished the 2nd season of Orange is the new Black on Netflix and I really enjoyed it! Will check out being Mary Jane heard it was good.

I LOVE IT Cosmetics! This powder is great. It also comes in the Vitality Disk – with a really nice matte bronzer and a lovely pinky/coral blush. The three are all I need for a natual sculpted face.
I am over 50 and IT products never disappoint. I really love the cc cream (spf 50). I have to confess I have a couple of their powder blushes (love, they really last), most of the brushes they make (brushes are “DA BOMB”), the concealer, and the mascara.
I probalby own more of their products that I don’t even remember right now LOL. Between IT and Smashbox I can shave a few years off my look. AIN’T THAT GRAND?
