The Crystal Cactus Amethyst Unicorn Sliver Necklace

January 31st, 2014 by Karen 21 Comments

The only thing it doesn’t do is teleport.

According to crystalcactus.com…

Each Amethyst Unicorn Sliver Necklace is cleansed with sage and infused with DNA healing vibrations on a 16″ gold-plated chain.
Benefits of wearing the Amethyst include:

  • Helps relieve stress and increase calmness and self-esteem
  • Increases spiritual and intuitive awareness, since it is closely associated with the crown chakra
  • Aids in restful sleep
  • Guards against psychic attack
  • Assists in beating addictions

WOW! That’s a lot of awesomesauce right there. 🙂

The magical benefits are impressive, but I like the shapes and colors… Of course, if wearing it also helps me relax and keep from losing my sh*t while the construction guys tear apart the outside of my house, score.

Legend has it that the elusive Amethyst Unicorn Sliver Necklace lives in the secret forest at crystalcactus.com ($38).

It seems really interesting. I wish you were wearing it though in the pictures!

I was a bit worried about the size because it looks ginormous in your pics but it seems much smaller on the website. I was thinking it would be hard to be relaxed with 50 lbs hanging from your neck. HAHA!

I thought the same thing when I saw the pictures – for a second I thought I read the title wrong and it was actually a mantelpiece-ornament-sized object!

      It’s gorgeous, though 🙂

The name is so OTT, haha 🙂 And to be honest, I don’t really believe that stones and things can have a healing or calming effect or whatever. But! It does look kinda pretty 🙂

Thanks for sharing this Karen! My husband sells rocks and minerals at Astro Gallery in NYC (astrogallery.com), so I am fond of these beauties!

Vanessa, I think I bought something in that store a million years ago. All I remmeber is I almost had a meltdown, everything was SO GORGEOUS! I ended up with the coolest cherry amber ring in an obnoxious sterling silver setting – I still have it and it STILL ROCKS! lol

I would love to get back there but my wallet would be crying the blues.

HAHA CRISTI! Good one! But trust me, my house is full of amethyst (my birthstone) and I still want MORE. More rocks, more makeup, more lippies, more jewelry, it’s a Pisces trait so I guess it’s a good birthstone to have. LOL

Thank you for the hot tip, Karen! I love that; amethyst is beautiful. Would you ever be willing to tell your peeps here where you got the silver necklace that you wear all the time? I keep meaning to ask, and my mind opens like a sieve, lol. Thank you friend!

      Hi Betsy,

I think you’re talking about the silver one with the two gold rings, am I right? I wish I could remember the designer, but unfortunately I can’t. El Hub got me that necklace years ago (it’s about 10 years gold, give or take).

Yes, I am! I just think it is so gorgeous. Not that I can complain about my hub- he is great at the jewelry thing. Thank you for answering. You’re a doll!

I’ve been racking my brain trying to remember who made it, because I get a lot of questions about it. Funny thing is I’ve had it the whole time I’ve written for MBB, but I put it away before we moved three years ago, and kinda forgot about it. I found it recently (about a month or two ago), and haven’t taken it off because I love it so much. I will try my best to remember! It’s up in there somewhere, LOL.
