I recognized this the second I saw the liner! I was browsing Illamasqua’s website yesterday for the speckled nail polishes you reviewed. I would love to attempt this too, but I’m wondering what you would use to create the white dots. A white liquid liner? I feel like it would get smudged with the black, though. Karen, how do you plan on recreating this look?
