I got these two Maui Fish Tacos from The Taco Guys food truck at Off The Grid in Larkspur yesterday. The drink is the spicy strawberry lemonade (so good).

Omg, yum. Off the Grid comes close to my office twice a week for lunch. I used to go more often but all the food seems soooo heavy- fish tacos sound like a nice light option compared to some of the stuff, haha. I’ll definitely have to watch for this truck!

Seriously, I’ll have one of each. I had stewed summer crookneck squash last night for dinner! We always stop at the fish taco stand near the beach when we go. Nothing like eating a mahi taco while sitting cross-legged in the sand, feet from the lapping waves of the Atlantic. Ahhhhh life…:)
