Random Acts of iPhone Photography

May 4th, 2010 by Karen 23 Comments

Pics taken while I was out and about on Sunday, May 2.

Clockwise, from left: Hydrangea plants at Trader (Traitor) Joe’s, Mochi Ice Cream at TJ’s, Coach Body Splashes at Nordstrom, a gross-looking bacon/chocolate bar at Cost Plus World Market.

I tried the bacon bar. I didn’t like it, it was a bit salty! Try the “fire bar” it tastes like regular dark chocolate but your mouth gets a bit hot after taking a bite of it 🙂

(By the way, did you end up buying those mochi? The green tea ones are delish.)

The Mo’s bacon bar is really, really good. I know it sounds super gross but is surprisingly yummy. Vosges makes really good chocolate.

Love the mochi ice cream. Also, I’ve read reviews of those Vosges chocolate bars and they sound FANTASTIC- where did you see them?

How are you liking your iPhone? I have a Droid, and I love it, and have been proud to have it since Christmas. But my boyfriend, who is already living down in SF says everyone has iPhones there and wants to switch us over. I can’t say I don’t want one, I always have. But I was so proud to have a Droid, and be Apple-free. D’oh!

Those are great pics! The quality is amazing! (I love the one of perfumes! Pretty!)

The bacon bar is NOT gross. It is pure deliciousness – you have to be an absolute bacon lover to apreciate it. The bacon imparts a salty smoky flavor and is counteracted by the sweetness of the milk chocolate. Do me a favor and just try a square.

Hey, I call TJ’s TRAITOR Joe’s, too, how funny is that? lolol
[I used to work at TJ’s, it was brutal, wound up with rotator cuff damage, still bothering me, and it started in autumn 1998! grrrr! lol and there were other issues working there as well, but I won’t go into it] I shop there, but will never work there again, lol

Mmm, Mos Bacon Bar. Chocolate is so much better with savory stuff in it. And you can never go wrong with bacon. Yumz.
