it looks more like maybeline’s one by one volum’ express mascara… it could also be revlon’s doubletwist mascara …

I’m guessing that it’s the wand for Maybelline Lash Stiletto as well, since I remember the red bristles on that one… but it could be another Maybelline one, too.
One by One Maybelline mascara- I just bought it and love it!! 🙂 -separates and lengthens lashes, not clumpy or sticky at all and didn’t flake off after 8hrs of wear. If you’re a mascara junkie like I am and have to try a new one whenever it comes out, I highly recommend this one as a keeper. I bought the very black in waterproof in case that matters..
