I wonder what he’s saying in cat-speak. It sounds dramatic like, “THIS IS THE WORST DAY IN THE HISTORY OF DAYS EVER!” But it’s probably, “GRAVY, GRAVY, BIRD, GRAVY, BIRD, LIZARD, CRINKLY TOY!”

I like waterproof makeup (but I don’t wear it too often–mostly during the summer on those really brutally hot days) except for mascara…and of course I accidentally picked up a waterproof mascara the other day and I’m too lazy to go back to the store to exchange it, hehe.

Hi!! My favorite proverb isn’t a Chinese proverb however its very enlightening! This is it: The purpose of human life is to serve and to show compassion and the will to help others. Creativity is the ability to introduce order into the randomness of nature. Life is an exciting business and most exciting when lived for others. You can’t do much about the length of your life, but you can do a lot about its depth and width.
My favorite piece of folk wisdom is actually beauty-related!
When I was going through puberty, my face was ridden with acne. My mom insisted I drink traditional medicine called ‘jamu’, a herbal medicine made from natural materials like roots, bark, leaves, seeds and fruits. It’s good for you but to a 16 year old, drinking thick, green sludge everyday was gross. My mom even put some on my face. My face did clear up though!
Folk wisdom: Whatever is going on re: your skin is a reflection of what’s happening on the inside. Beauty starts from inside out!

Waterproof mascara is definitely a must for me. I use oil cleansers anyway so it’s not much harder than removing regular mascara.
Liquid eyeliner makes me feel instantly put together! If I’m in a rush and can’t do the whole blending thing, I just skip it and go for a wing and wear glasses that day. You can’t even barely tell that there’s no shadow or mascara. 🙂

I always want to take my Bailey outdoors with me, but she’s terribly afraid of the outside, so inside she stays. I kinda prefer that though – at least I won’t have to worry about her darting out the door and never coming back!!

One thing I do to make me feel instantly put together is put on makeup! Specifically, a foundation or other base to even out my complexion.
I typically wear waterproof mascara, just because it holds a curl, but with summer coming up I’m looking into these “waterproof” foundations like MUFE’s Face and Body or the new MAC one!
A great shimmering lip gloss is always close by for a fresh look. Or a great manicure for the current season.

Planning my wedding and I’m a crier. Desperately trying to find make up that is water proof enough for the torrential downpour of tears that is sure to come.
I like wearing bold eyeliner. My recent favorite product belongs to the L’Oreal Paris Cannes collection – Super Liner Gel Intenza in 04 Royal Blue!
Ha! We have a few cats and we always talk about them coming places with us. If we’re going to a nice restaurant I’ll say ok, you all can come but you have to be on your best behavior and you have to wear pants. LOL
My husband quotes a lot of folk legend stories. He likes to call me the “poor little match girl” which is from a short story called “The Match Girl”. There’s also a story he reminds me of all the time, I think it’s from a Stephen King short story. It’s about this “imagicon” (I think that’s what it’s called) this guy has it really good, he lives in a really nice house and has everything he could possibly want. But he flashes back and forth between the really nice life and a horrible life, where it’s all cold and dark and life is hard. The story leads you to believe that he gets so complacent in his good life that he needs to use the imagicon to go visit the horrible life to really appreciate how good things are. BUT at the end of the story you aren’t sure which is reality. Does he really have a crappy life and he visits the good life as an escape OR is his life really great and he visits the crummy one to remind him of all that he has? I tend to over think things and sometimes I need a reminder that it’s not that bad.
Anyway, have a happy caturday. We’re thinking of going to Golden Gate Fields later today. They let spectators get pretty close to the horses and I’d love to see a race horse up close. If we have time we’ll head into Oakland to the cat cafe. (one of our cats is a big gambler so he’s looking forward to coming)

1. My favorite proverb (rather, song lyric) is, “paths that cross will cross again”.
2. As I live in the gorgeous Pacific Northwest, specifically the rainy part of it, I usually wear waterproof mascara & sometimes eyeliner.
3. No identical twins in my life; I know a few fraternal ones.
4. And no outdoor swimming for me; I have a thing about lake water & the ocean is freeing cold year-round up here.
5. As cliche it is, a great lipstick makes me feel put together. And sometimes a brightly colored scarf.

Feeling put together to me means very intentional jewelry – not just the studs I’ve left in for days.
One piece of makeup that definitely makes me feel put together is mascara. It can really make your eyes pop even if you have nothing else on.

I wear waterproof mascara all the time simply because I’m a crier (seriously, commercials make me cry) and I have horrible allergies in the spring. I don’t know anyone now with an identical twin but I did know a couple sets of identical twin boys while I was growing up and still have one of the guys as a FB friend although we haven’t chatted much since Highschool

I feel most together when I put on my makeup– a good tinted moisturizer like Laura Mercier flawless skin, mascara ( Bobbi brown is a fav), a good lipgloss and a bronzer! Makes me feel confident, polished and ready to start my day… Sure it would be nice to have that kind of skin that I didn’t have to but I don’t so that what makes me feel good so at 42 I just “go with it”! And makeup is fun especially when you share all the latest and most awesome finds– you really do look amazing in every look and color that you share with us all! Happy day!
My friend has a twin sister. She also has another set of twin sisters within her family so 2 twins set sisters in one family! I thought that was really cool!
I recently bought some Covergirl Waterproof Mascara so when I go swimming during the summer I would have some.
I was in class with 1 sister of 2 sets of twins growing up. It was interesting having so many twins in our city.
I find waterproof mascara is the only kind that doesn’t transfer under my eyes.
No outdoor swimming for us yet here in NH. We haven’t even taken the pool cover off. Maybe later this weekend! Still waiting for all of the junk from the oak trees to finish coming down. Last night was the 2nd time this week we’ve had frost/freeze warnings. It’s past time to warm up. I want to plant flowers!!!

I recently moved to LA from the Philippines and find myself becoming more adventurous with makeup! And it’s harder than I thought. So shout out to all you fab makeup gurus on youtube (I STILL SAY U-CHOOB!) and free (or cheap) makeup samples, a big I 10 Q!!! 🙂
When I want to feel put together, I put on a pair of simple earrings and my favorite gold chain necklace with a unique pendant (I have a few favorites — an Egyptian-design, an antique cameo, a coral rose…). I instantly feel complete and ready to face the world.
In elementary school there was a set of twins in my school that was my age. Since I live in a large city, there were 3-4 classes per grade and the twins never were in the same class. I only was friends with one of them because of that.

I never leave the house without some kind of lip product. Even if the rest of my face is bare I feel adding some color makes me feel a little more put together. It livens up my face and I don’t look so washed out.
As for outside time with my furry friends I harness both my cats and bring them out on the deck with me and my hubs. A little sunshine and fresh air is good for everybody!
Memorial Day = Almost SUMMER! I’ve already purchased my waterproof mascara and now I need to get some SPF products. I’d love some recommendations. A gift card couldn’t hurt either.

One of my favourite proverbs is this Scottish Gaelic one my Granny used to say “an ni chi na big, ‘s e ni na big” It means “what the little ones see, the little ones do.” It reminds me to try and be a good role model.

Also… I find that if I wash my face and re-tie my ponytail, I instantly feel a lot neater and ready-to-go. 😀

I have a blue russian grey (rescue cat) whom i named Stohli. He always is yelling when i open the door to go outside. I was thinking of trying to walk with him but the minute i attempt to go outside he gets upset and jumps out of my arms. He sits in the window and chatters at the birds. Have a great holiday weekend.

I use waterproof makeup only when going to the beach or the pool. I only use waterproof mascara though, I can’t be bothered with make up when going to the beach.
Had to go to Sephora and look up the sales. You could stretch this $50 ecard pretty far with the mark downs. Wondering what the Obsessive Compulsive Lip Tar is like. Looks like a good bargain on here.
I will spend the bank holiday weekend working and yes, I have been swimming outside this year already. Back in February, on my birthday, in New Zealand.

Not a bad day here in the SouthWest and the wind is doing that thing again so I’m loving the light breeze. Today is a relax and find a fun color to pain your toe nails kind of day. I was thinking Arizona by Zoya since it’s quite fitting for the season (and the place).
A: The easiest thing for me to do that makes me feel more put together is to put on earrings. Earrings seem to make me feel complete even when I don’t have on makeup.

I use a water resistant foundation and waterproof eyebrow pomade every day that both work amazingly, but I tend to wear more waterproof makeup like mascara in the summer for swimming!

yes I know some identical twins. My son’s good friend is a twin. They used to work at the same restaurant and every time I went in I wasn’t sure which one it was! My daughter’s sixth grade teacher was a twin and his twin was a teacher. LOL
My best friend is actually an identical twin! I met them both in high school and have been friends with them ever since – their kids are my nieces & nephews!

my father is from a tribe in africa that has the highest yield of twins in the world. I have twin brothers and one of the twins ended up having twin girls. Everyone in my family jokes and said im destined to have multiples which is a bit alarming to think about.
My best friends in grade school were identical twins. I know a few other sets of twins, as well as some triplets.
Hi Karen, yes I’ve known identical twins in my lifetime. Being a teacher, I get my share of twins in the same class, and sometimes it can be darn frustrating. They get mad at you when you confuse their names…I mean it’s bad enough already when I have to memorize about 160 some names (yes, I teach middle school). LOL! So I have to memorize okay, this twin has a scar on the face, this twin’s a flirt..

I went out and got waterproof mascara for my commencement last week. Graduated with my masters degree and I knew I would be crying at the end of the seven year journey.

Happy Caturday! Most days I wear waterproof eyeliner due to my oily skin and allergies. I wear both waterproof eyeliner and mascara on really rainy days and when I go to the beach. I haven’t really tried waterproof eyeshadow, since most are creams and crease on my oily lids.
I’m such a crazy cat lady (I have four and am thinking about getting a fifth!) that I’ve daydreamed about getting a cat stroller so I can take a cat along on my walks. It’s way to cold here in Norway to swim outside until at least July , and I used to work with identical twins about 12 years ago, I haven’t seen any of them in very long but I know I can still tell them apart.
I am trying to help leash train my friends cat. Not going so well lol. I wish that he was as good about going outside for walks. But he makes me glad that I have shin tzu pups that do.

I almost never wear waterproof makeup. The removal process isn’t worth the extra work for me, esp since my non-waterproof stuff doesn’t give me any problems on a daily basis.
Putting on a lip balm (clear or with a tint) almost always makes me feel put together.
Waterproof Mascara is the only kind I do wear. My eyes are very sensitive and I find that that’s what works best for me. I wish I could find a place to go outdoor swimming it’s already been in the upper 80’s here in San Antonio and it’s not even Summer yet, so crazy!

hello Karen, thanks for the Loreal review I’d been wanting to try one of those pallets – now I don’t have to! I haven’t been swimming outside yet, and won’t for a bit. I’m going to take water aerobics this year but I dread it — I’ve gained so much weight.

One of my cats could be your cat’s brother since they look very similar. I am leash training them and they love to go outside, mostly to try to catch lizards. I have no more lizards, bugs or tree frogs on my back screened-in porch because it is their job to catch anything that moves.
I live in Northern Canada so it’s not outdoor swim weather just yet (almost!) but I was swimming outside in Hawaii in January! 😀 It was fabulous and I miss it a lot!
I went to school with some identical twins. Lynn and Lisa. I could totally tell them apart because I saw them every day. As they got older, it got tougher to tell. Now, almost 20 years out of school, they still look alike, but I can still tell them apart. Funny!
I sometimes wear waterproof mascara when I anticipate a cry-fest 😉 Mascara in general always makes me feel more put together.

A waterproof eyeliner is a must for me! Unfortunately two of my favorite liquid liners aren’t waterproof :~( Usually I set them with eyeshadow though.. however sometimes they manage to smudge

I live in Florida and our screen enclosed swimming pool is warming up. I went swimming in the ocean today at Jenson Beach, Florida. The water was surprisingly warm. Beautiful clear greenish blue.
None of them were identical, but there were three sets of twins and one set of triplets in my grade at high school.
I know 2 sets of identical twins. One set from my college days and the other are dear friends of my daughters.

I wear waterproof makeup about 4-5 times a week depending on pollen levels for my allergies. It’s a bummer when watery eyes makes you blink your mascara and eyeliner away. Winged eyeliner is not cute when the underside of the wing is eaten away from intense sneezing.

Our one cat is 24, he has lost interest in exploring the outdoors and spends his days lazily curling up on any lap that will take him. Our other cat loves chasing imaginary playmates, or perhaps it’s fairy’s that only she can see? Our elderly dog curls up on the loveseat, she is so old I’ve given up chasing her off, and my parrot spends most of the day climbing around on my walker and bossing everyone around….lol. We will spend Memorial Day watching my eldest son in the parade, he is a wounded warrior and the town has a trailer they decorate for him to ride in the parade. The young school children get excited and wave when they see him, last year they decorated his wheelchair. Than we will head over for a special dinner being held for his old unit. It will be a full day remembering the kids we lost and sharing memories with the ones who made it home.

I’m definitely a ‘bird in a he hand is worth two in the bush’ kinda gal..it really isn’t worth risking what you have for something unknown and unproven. I learnt that the hard way when I was offered what sounded like a too-good-to-be-true job..I stayed 8 weeks it was that bad!

I have two sets of twins in our family.
So it is Memorial Weekend. Don’t plan on swimming as it’s too cold but I plan on doing a fresh makeup look and going to a Memorial parade or re-enactment somewhere on Monday with my grandson. (My favorite little dude). Sporting my favorite new lipstick – Urban decay “Streak”. love this shade!! And since others are talking about their animals – I don’t have one but my daughter does so I adopt him at times and we go for walks!!! Love him (golden lab). Hope everyone out there enjoys their weekend and celebrate the lives of those that are no longer with us from the Military!!

A few years ago, my mom and I drove from FL to TX to bring my sisters cat, Squeakers, to her after she had settled in following a move. My mom got the brilliant idea of trying to walk the cat (who had never been leash trained or walked before) at a rest stop. I’m sure you can imagine how it went. So, if anybody saw a lady dragging a calico cat at a rest stop in Alabama, that was our single ‘outdoorsy’ adventure with Squeakers 🙂

Actually, I have already been swimming this year. We went down to St. Augustine, Florida, the oldest city in the world. We’ve been getting very hot already this month of May down south and it was time to cool off. It was a beautiful week-end and the weather was lovely. We are supposed to hit 97 degrees this next week! This month reminded me of that old but very beautiful Three Dog Night song: “Pieces of April”; “I’ve got pieces of April, I keep them in a memory bouquet

About how often do you wear waterproof makeup?
Save mascara (Which I don’t wear often…every few months?) and liner (which I wear every day), I don’t have any waterproof makeup! I’m thinking of getting some waterproof lip colors and a foundation though, since I’m now working nine hours most days and sweating is guaranteed!
I love waterproof products but since I’m living in Malaysia, I more concerned on sweat proof (is there such thing?).
And putting on a lipstick is the easiest way to make me feel more put together.
Yes, in April I went to Disney World so we were able to swim at the pools at the hotel. Still too cold to swim at home in MA though 😀
I hardly ever wear waterproof makeup because it is so dang hard to take off! Ironically though, I did use some waterproof eyeshadow sticks today. I figured I need to use them up before they go bad, so just gotta bite the bullet and use ’em.

Yes I knew a set of identical twins back in college. In fact one was in 1 class and the other was in another class. It was not until my second semester did I come to know they were actually 2 different people! lol!

Now that it’s getting hotter I tend to get a little bit lazy with my makeup routine…but even on days I don’t go out, I fill in my brows! After all, I’m not a complete animal 😉 It’s crazy how a quick swipe of powder and brow gel can make me look more awake. If I take it one step further, I always choose waterproof mascara. Curled, dark lashes and visible eyebrows make me feel ultra feminine but comfortable 🙂 I’ve got thin lashes and brows, so all-waterproof products are a must.

a tiny bit of light eyeshadow in the inner corners of my eyes + brow bone,
dark brown/black crayon/pencil eyeliner which I will also apply with a brush to fill my eye brows,
mascara.

My cats are addicted to the window but they would be scared to be outside. Isis is my boldest cat, and she ran out of my apartment once into the hallway. It was so fast I even closed the door…re-opened it and she was really scared and ran back in. That’s saying something because Isis doesn’t get scared.

When I put on some real clothes (not just yoga pants and a shirt), put on a little bit of make up (concealer, powder, brows) I instantly look and feel better.
I’m planning on making mochi this week. I’ve tried making it a couple of times and it’s a failure every time… Mochi is a sticky rice flour dessert/snack from Japan and it’s really delicious! Not to be confused with ‘moshi’, which is apparently a city in Tanzania, but also part of ‘moshi moshi’, a way to greet people over the phone in Japanese.
I went to elementary school with a set of identical twins, but haven’t seen them in about 20 years. All the other sets of twins I have known since were fraternal.

I wish I could say I’ve been swimming outside year. I live in the NE and by Aug is when I think the water, pool or beach, is warm enough to go swimming in. This is the weekend most people here start to open their pools. Have any of you guys been any of the Macy Impulse Stores in the last 6-8 weeks only to walk away RIPPED? The 2 Macy’s near me not only do not have the Anastasia summer line in, they also are missing 5-8 of her originally released eyeshadows and a few lip sticks/glosses. I would buy them online but I want to swatch them first. Every time I ask when they’ll get their stock in no one seems to know.. I’m so aggravated and disappointed!!
Feeling put together with a 5 year old competitive gymnast AND a 6 month old in the house does not happen often! But one thing (besides having my hair ironed or in my favorite loose waves) that ALWAYS makes me feel put together is a little thing….having my fingernails match my toenails. Sounds silly and minuscule but in my hectic world…what else can a girl ask for?!

Hi Karen I too wish that my 2 cats could go places with me, and in fact sometimes we do take them in the car when we go someplace close like to the drive-through at McDonald’s or sonic -they’re good car riders without being in carriers or anything.
I once worked with a girl who had an identical twin sister and was married to a guy who had an identical twin brother. I think his brother may have been married to her sister too, lol I don’t remember for sure.

I definitely wear waterproof eyeliner most days (when I don’t have my lash extensions in)! And I love Becca’s water-resistant makeup on super hot days when I know I’ll be working up a sweat or when I’ll be outside. And UD’s All-Nighter is pretty decent at making most of my makeup waterproof!

I love makeup and a lot of people are telling me and Judging the fact to use or wear makeup because they said that the womans that use makeup are ugly, and they just use make up to cover their uglyness. I really hate that assumption , because is not true. Wear or not makeup it does not determine if your pretty or not. We are womans and we all are beutifull. Yes we all are different and we are not perfect, but thats make us what we are. beautifull and unique, with or without makeup.

Hey Karen, I just wanted to let you know that I’m so thankful for the tip you shared with us about making a sample last longer by piercing it with a needle instead of ripping the package. I’ve done this a couple times now and it has made the biggest difference, in particular when it comes to a sample of the Kiehls Line reducing eye brightening concentrate, it has been going strong for weeks!!

1) Bite Beauty High Pigment Pencils (very creamy, highly pigmented, smell of vanilla mixed with fruit baskets)
2) Marc Jacobs New Nudes Sheer Lip Gels (creamy, light vanilla scent, only a tad drying, but amazing sheer coverage)
3) YSL Volupte Sheer Candies (smell of watermelon and papaya, extremely moisturizing, sheer on the go color, perfect for everyday wear)
Those are only a few of my favorites! As you can probably tell, scent of lip products is very important to me!

I went swimming on my recent honeymoon in aruba. There were lots of iguana that hang out by the swimming pool so I spent more time in the pool hanging out with them.

Happy Sunday! It’s been a while since I got to catch up on the blogs I follow, so a nice giveaway is a good way to start my short summer break. I haven’t had the chance to go swimming recently, but I may go to the beach with friends soon.
Yep, I’m spending my weekend make-up shopping and happened upon your blog to find some awesome reviews of make-up products. I rarely wear waterproof makeup. I do know of twins but wouldn’t say I’m close with any. I like animals–preferably dogs! I could do some damage in Sephora! Yayyyy.
I have not been to the beach for the year as yet. However this summer I definitely going to hit the waters.
Despite feeling unawake and tired, I always tell myself, “fake it til you make it”. And it truly does work! But a peachy pink blush also does the trick (=
I think Tarte Lights Camera Splashes mascara answers a few of your questions. I went swimming today and wore this waterproof mascara. Love this stuff. I wear waterproof mascara most days and this stuff is so easy to apply without looking clumpy. It’s one of the easiest steps to make me look put together.
Making a to do list DEFINITELY makes me immediately feel like okay okay, I got this. And also, I DESPISE waterproof mascara :'( makes my lashes fall out 🙁

The thing that always makes me feel put together is lipstick! If I have time for nothing else a swipe of lipstick makes me feel ready to conquer the world!

I’m actually a twin! I have a twin brother, so we aren’t identical. I grew up knowing 2 sets of identical twins, another set of fraternal twins, and fraternal triplets. My oldest cousins on my mom’s side of the family are also fraternal twins.

Perfect lip liner and lipstick makes me feel pretty “together”, but for a real feeling of “got it together and ready to face the world”, I need my flawless foundation look, strong eye makeup, and perfect lips. So basically, when my makeup look is strong, I feel good about myself and ready to face anything!! I love that makeup can make a person feel that way, no matter what challenges they are facing.
The only waterproof makeup I own is a mascara but I rarely use it because it’s difficult to remove compared to the regular ones.
Getting my hair did always makes me feel refreshed and put together.
Filling in my brows is an essential for feeling put together!
SOmetimes I wish I were my cat so I could understand why she does some of the things she does, like jump on top off the refrigerator knowing she can’t get down.
I honestly never wear waterproof makeup… why? IT NEVER COMES OFF! I swear I could dip my head in oil and scrub scrub scrub and that stuff doesn’t budge from my face! No thank you! 😉
My skin is too sensitive to wear any foundation/ primer but I wear waterproof sunscreen and waterproof mascara everyday during summer！
Lipstick is the one thing that I can put on and it just makes my face wake up. I feel prettier and put together with it on.

Meaning: when a belligerent, rude and/or nasty person tries to pick a fight with you, just walk away. You’re not going to get any kind of win or satisfaction and you can’t come out the better for it. Engaging will not get you anywhere, it will just drag you down to that person’s level and make him/her feel justified in the conflict.
This can be very hard advice to follow, especially when the “pig” has caused you some damage, but it is invariably true. Other iterations include “You can’t win a stink contest with a skunk”.
Gotta fill in my brows and sunscreen at least before I leave the house.
Besides my eyebrows, I’m not very good about putting on makeup every day since i prefer to take my time and do elaborate things. However I always carry a cream color product with me! A quick dab on my lips and cheeks with mascara and i feel put together enough for last minute meetings. 🙂

Urban decay’s 24/7 waterproof eyeliner doesn’t work for contact lens wearers – it clouded my lenses and I had to throw them out. I tend to stay away from waterproof makeup because I don’t really have the need for it
I paint my nails to feel more put together!
The easiest thing to do that makes me feel more put together is applying brow gel. Otherwise my brow hairs can end up pointing is all kinds of crazy directions. Plus I like to color that sprinkling of bright white brow hairs — otherwise they just call too much attention to themselves!

One of my close friend is an identical twin. When I first met her (Les), her sister (Lily) used to pretend to be her. We could only tell them apart via clothing because they had diff style.

Your cat sounds like mine. We call him the ginger ninja. He spends 97% of his time outside and thinks we are his butlers and we hve an open door policy just for him. He acts like a wildling if he cant get out asap. I swear when he gets older I will be wheeling him outside in the morning and back inside at night lol 🙂
Nearly full on winter here in New Zealand and it is way colder than normal for this tie of year. So no swimming here for quite awhile
I usually wear waterproof eyeliner and use that Anastasia Lash Genius waterproof topcoat because I have allergies and my eyes can sometimes water a lot.

I wear a coat of waterproof mascara over a coat of regular mascara everyday so it doesn’t run when I run after work.

I have not been in the water yet this year. I was going to say it’s usually the latter part of may or the first part of June before the waters warm enough for me. However it is the latter part of May already.

I always feel put together after I exercise. I feel like I accomplished at least one thing that day.
I tend to only wear waterproof mascara when I know I’ll be crying or swimming, but I wish I could wear it every day! When I do wear it I find that it wrecks my lashes, although I love that I can actually maintain a curl throughout the day (I have long but straight lashes, some swoop up while others are poking down into my eyes. Ouch!). I’m pretty bummed out too, because for some reason my favorite mascara, L’Oreal Voluminous, has started smudging on me when it did not previously. I don’t get exact same length & volume with Cover Girl Lash Blast, but it doesn’t smudge or flakes so right now that’s my go to! The waterproof version worked the few times I used it as well.

When I make a semi homemade dinner I feel like super woman.
I wear waterproof makeup when I’m headed out on a date (don’t want to laugh-cry my mascara off) or if it’s raining outside. Otherwise, good ol’ regular eye makeup works out just fine for me. I don’t really have too much of a problem with flaking or smudging.
Taking some deep breaths helps me feel more put together. A quick coat of lipstick helps, too!

“About how often do you wear waterproof makeup?” Everyday I wear waterproof mascara cause it’s the only one that will hold a curl on my lashes. I hear it’s bad, but it’s not as if I’m pulling and tugging to get rid of the mascara and losing lashes. I think it’s fine!

I just bought waterproof mascara for the first time last week – always being afraid of not being able to take it off. But the beauty expert at my CVS told me to try the CVS brand oil free makeup remover (the one you shake up).. it is genius!
