I had brunch here for my family. My BF made his famous crepes SO YUMMY! Had an Easter egg hunt for my great niece–she’s 3 and combo tomboy/girly girl and sweet/brat haha!

I went to church and hung out with friends. Then I came home and had fresh strawberries and eggs with the family. It was yummy.

Thank you Karen, I hope you had a wonderful Easter as well. We went to church and then had brunch. For dinner I made a glazed ham, sweet potatoes, corn on the cob & potato salad. It was a great day 🙂

we joined the sweet’s mom for easter at a restaurant called tango (next time you swing by to hang w/your MIL, maybe go there–food, service, ambiance are all great for the price). anyway, MIL2B said afterwards that she wanted to shop for lipstick. suuuuuure, i sed, thinking either to go to nordies or mac or sephora.
bad catholic that i am, and not having worked retail in more than a decade, i forgot that the malls are often closed on easter sunday. nordies, mac, sephora, neiman marcus and macy’s were all CLOSED! we ended up at the very sad shiseido counter at shirokiya. twas sad bcs their counter has not even a third what sephora or macy’s would have had. but at least she found a lippie she liked. i’m just bummed i didn’t get to introduce her to the wonderful world o’mac…and that i didn’t get to play w/the pretty colors, too. *pout*

Oh, I totally know what counter you’re talking about. El Hub and I went into Shirokiya to do Christmas shopping and I remember thinking the Shiseido counter looked like slim pickings.
We went to a few different family parties, and my son sure was excited for his Easter Basket =)
