Tabs didn’t waste a minute before he started enforcing his new healthy 2017 workout and nutrition regimen for Team MBB. No, sir. Every member of the team has to do their part. Of course, as supervisory tabby, his exertion is more figurative than literal. He doesn’t break a sweat, but he still takes his managerial responsibilities very seriously.
This morning we all worked out to a brutal 1,000-calorie HIIT YouTube workout video by Christine Salus, and Tabs made sure everyone kept pace.
He was all business. He didn’t allow any slacking.
It’s good, though. I’d rather have a taskmaster tabby than a hands-off manager, because I know he has the organization’s best interests at heart. 🙂

It looks like he likes to play trainer and add a bit of extra challenge by going under you! Quincy liked to hop around my feet and lick them when I would do yoga. Definitely works your balance!

So cute! And Karen, I am seriously impressed by that workout you did!
This reminds me so much of when I had my first kid. I would put him in his play pen next to me while I worked out at home. When he got old enough I ended up signing up for a gym membership that had day care. Its so hard finding the time as a mom but it can happen. The hardest part is starting but hey knuckles and high fives for doing that You Tube work out. I can’t do a work out without music because it drowns the pain. I just can’t do it and that work out was an hour long.
