1.A bachelorette party and wedding( my niece) in June. Did her makeup.
2. A bachelorette party for my friend last Saturday(wedding this Saturday, another highlight;) ). Doing her makeup also, Marilyn Monroe style:)
3. When I got accepted into college after many years of just working working working:) Finally I´m going to make my dream come true and study psychology.

Highlight to my summer was when My boo got back from a 3 week trip to Saskatchewan. 3 weeks, right? I know, I was all “PSH! three weeks, I can handle it” Well…. Nadda chance. Needless to say, when he arrived at my house half an hour early, My heart was beating like on our first date, and he was giddy and smiling and was GLOWING, and (MOVIE STYLE) we literally collided and held eachother for probably an hour… Okay, I’m done with my teenage romance, I appologize. *sigh*

Today I have to give props to Etsy – it’s this great website where crafty people that make just about anything under the sun sell their stuff. I found a guy that hand makes rubber stamps and I found a perfect design for my wedding place cards!!! I can’t wait for it to arrive so I can start stamping away. I’m sitting in front of my PC with my slightly-stoned Yorkie on my lap; he had dental work this morning. Yorkies are prone to dental problems so he went for a cleaning. Unfortunately, anesthesia has to be used (I got zero sleep last night – anxiety). He’s still a bit ‘off.’

The highlight of my my summer so far was taking 6 little girls to the Justin Bieber Concert last weekend. That boy is so talented i swear. The little girls sreamed, cryied there faces off. The cutest thing I ever seen. I’d do it again in October.

I’m just thrilled to death because the city budget came through and a significant amount of funding was restored to the library where I work. Even better, I’m no longer getting laid off. All pink slips were rescinded yesterday. It’s been weighing heavily on mind for 2 and half months. Whew.

The highlight of my summer so far has been seeing my beautiful baby niece. I live two states away from her and have not seen her since Christmas. I was so excited to see her and she has gotten so big! I also got to see the rest of my family that I grew up with and it was so nice and relaxing just being home. I feel so happy, positive, and relaxed now!
And, I really like the blues! They are soo beautiful.

please please please tell me this post will make you LOL hard enough to give me this giveaway. so my DAD had a VERY important meeting this Saturday; and right before it he had the mutha of ALL boils on his noise. I quickly fixed a begrudging but highly impressed dad with my MAC concealer. Results, dad was impressed (and ahem, now wants it to be a daily thing) and the meeting was a success; I like to think my make-up skills had sth to do with the latter 😛
