I wouldn’t call it special, but there are a number of unofficial nail-painting places in my abode.
This is going to sound weird (so what’s new, right?), but one is at my keyboard, so I can paint while I type and multitask at the same time.
But if I’m not doing it there, I’m painting them on the floor in the living room, usually while catching up on Being Mary Jane, The Walking Dead or This Is Us. I lay down a beach towel in case there’s spillage, and I put my painting stuff on top of a magazine.
How about you? Where do you usually paint your paws?

Usually on the couch in front of the TV, but one day I’ll probably spill on the couch and/or rug and be really mad at myself, so I should steal your beach towel idea!
In the summer, I paint my toenails on my upstairs porch! I take my laptop and watch shows or a magazine or something.
On the dinning table. I usually lay a hand towel.
At my dining room table, with the iPad in front of me catching up on shows 🙂
Usually the same – desk or loungeroom, but I use the coffee table because I only do my toes now.
I’m not allowed anything on my fingernails because of work (nurse life!).
On the dining room table under the bright light. I usually lay down something protective in case of spills first.
I always try to stay comfy while painting my nails, thus I do it sitting in front of my desk or kitchen table. Sometimes I opt for quick solutions in random places but the result is always a mess!
