Funny how I have recently become a Laura Mercier makeup fan this past year. Probably because some of the line is sold at Ulta which is my go to place since Lord & Taylor closed. I am a fan of the Tinted Moisturizer, Blushes and Caviar Sticks. I have not tried the Matte lipsticks because my lips are very dry, but that red shade is so perfect. I love a lip color that doesn’t require a liner. I may have to give it a try with my giftcard from Blue Mercury ( another of my go to makeup shops).

Hi! My lips are always dry too, and these lipsticks don’t bother me. You will probably want to prep at night with a balm though, just to keep those flakes at bay. My go to is the CeraVe Healing Ointment in the blue tube/jar.
