I just love your personality Karen! You’re so funny and enjoyable to watch. The look you created is simple yet beautiful. The winged liner is flawless! That’s a really neat trick too! Great tutorial!

Fantastic tutorial, loved it! you are a natural 🙂 And the colors were great on you. I’ve been meaning to try to the tape trick but never got around to it. Now that I’ve seen how you do it, I will definitely give it a try. And the CG bombshell liner in brown is actually what I’ve been looking for. Brava!

Great video. Didn’t know tape was involved in creating the perfect look. Now I want to try it!!! I have 2 makeup questions for Karen or other readers:

    1) How do you blend eyeshadow properly with brushes? I look like I have rainbows on my eyelids. I would love Karen to do an instructional video on this because I am absolutely horrible at any attempt.

    2) How do you apply mascara without getting it all over your eyelid and under your eye? I actually have to apply the mascara first and clean it up before I do eyeshadow and eyeliner because it makes such a huge mess.

Love this look! I’m so glad you’re doing video tutorials now. Do you suggest always lining first with a gel liner before filling in with liquid? Or can you just do liquid outline and fill in?
