With Fresh Sugar Sport Treatment Sunscreen SPF 30, Be a Sporty Sugar, Not a Sporty Spice

Who here loved the Spice Girls?

“Ooh! Me!” *Raises hand!*

And who here LURVES Fresh’s Sugar Lip Treatments?

“Oooh! Me! Me! Me! Me!”

Put ’em together, and what do you get? Fresh Sugar Sport Treatment Sunscreen SPF 30, brand-spankin’ new for summer 2016 and available now for $25 wherever Fresh is sold!

As a runner, a sun-lover (PSA: I never leave the house without sunscreen, and you shouldn’t either) and a park/beach-going mom, I could not be more excited about this new oversized sunscreen-style take on Fresh’s classic Sugar Lip Treatment.

This bad-@ss moisturizing balm for the lips, face, and eye area has the same Sugar scent we know and love, but it comes jam-packed with skin-friendly ingredients, waterproof sun protection (for up to two hours), and a thicker, long-lasting formula. Plus, it’s safe for ages three and up and fab for the whole family.

So tell me what ya want, what ya really, really want. I’ll tell you what I want, what I really really want… It’s this convenient purse stowaway!

Check out the ingredients:

Active Ingredients: Avobenzone 2% (Sunscreen), Octinoxate 7.49% (Sunscreen) and Octisalate 3% (Sunscreen) Other Ingredients: Cera Alba (Beeswax), Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Hydrogenated Olive Oil Decyl Esters, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Parfum (Fragrance), Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil, Passiflora Incarnata Seed Oil, Sucrose Tetrastearate Triacetate, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Ribes Nigrum (Black Currant) Seed Oil, Tocopherol, Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Ammonium Glycyrrhizate, Vanillin, BHT, Limonene, Citral, Benzyl Alcohol, Linalool, Geraniol, Phenoxyethanol

Of particular interest to me are sugar, the common thread among all Fresh Sugar Lip Treatments; beeswax, a classic skin softening and antioxidant balm ingredient; avocado oil  (because who doesn’t adore avocados?), which contains vitamins D and E, as well as fatty acids; and moisturizing black currant and grape seed oils, both of which soften and protect skin from free radicals.

What’s not to love?

This versatile little balm will be coming with me everywhere this summer…and fall. And probably also winter. It’s sun protection, dry skin, and chapped lip prevention for beauty lovers (and the entire family).

I am glad that more and more brands are coming up with sunscreens in lip balms. The quantity of Sugar Sport Treatment seems to be quite good too.

I remember when SPF lip balms were so hard to find and only available in the colors white and blue. I am glad that more and more companies do them now.

I’ve been a fan of Fresh lip balms for a long time. I’m so glad there’s an SPF version in the lineup.

It’s weird to me to use a lipbalm on my eyes and my face, do you know if it is safe on acne prone complexion?

I didn’t know this existed. I am so happy to see it has SPF in it. I’m always looking for lipbalm with SPF to wear at work and while going for runs. Going to look for this one now.

I use a similar one from Coola. But this sounds good.
