Too Faced Clover Collection Melted Clover Lipstick and the Clover Makeup Bag

I get weirdly guilty about eating cookies in the shapes of animals

*** KAWAII ALERT *** KAWAII ALERT *** KAWAII ALERT***

[beep!]

We interrupt our regular programming to bring you this important message:

I haven’t worn anything from Too Faced Cosmetics in a hot second, but it looks like they’re still doing their thing, appealing to everyone’s inner 12-year-old girl. They have a new collection out that’s so kawaii that there aren’t enough emojis on this blog to describe it. ????

So I’ll use emoticons instead! (✿◕‿◕) (ʘ‿ʘ✿)

The Clover collection is available now. There’s a palette and cute makeup bags, including this one, the Clover Makeup Bag ($20), which looks very Tokidoki, don’t you think?

It has a narwhal on it, so you gotta love on that. Clover is Too Faced Cosmetics founder Jerrod Blandino’s dog, and his charm looks extra cute on the zipper.

Check out Clover doing the over-the-shoulder “look at my booty” pose (pretty sure Tabs did it first, though)

Sweet pup-pup

I’ve tried the Clover Melted Liquid Lipstick ($21), an unflavored, unscented cool-toned pink/dusty English Rose.

Everything 12-year-old Karen could have ever asked for in a liquid lipstick

Pretty, right? I like the color, but I can’t wear it because my lips are too dang dry. 🙁

The formula is absolutely long lasting and will stick around even after you’ve gotten down with a cookie or two or 12, but it requires smooth, flake-free lips, so yeah…we don’t exactly get along.

IT SURE IS CUTE, THOUGH. ?

Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,

Karen

I want the make-up bag SO bad but it is very hard to justify $30 (Canadian), plus, on top of that, paying shipping and duties because the Too Faced website is the only place I can get it. I’m just like, REALLY, TOO FACED? Ugh.

Same here. $21 to ship and $9 in duties and taxes….*sigh*

Pretty color! My lips are really dry too, so I would have to pass on this. The packaging is really cute, though.

Super pretty. I think it’s one of those rare ones that does well on both cool and warm skin.

Did you see the tabby on the bag?!

I love this bag. I need to stop….
I love the packaging for the lipcolor too, but I can tell it’s going to look brown on my skin tone and I don’t think it looks flattering on me.
